John D. Bryant has written many songs, which have been recorded by himself and other artists, including Sir Cliff Richard. His own recordings were released by Fontana, Decca, Pye, MCA, Good Earth / RCA, Polydor and Private Stock. John performed on television and radio in the UK and Europe, as well as at the Marquee Club, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Cambridge Folk Festival and The Rainbow. His song, “Painter of the Sky”, was a finalist in the first American Song Festival in Saratoga Springs, USA, performed by Jose Feliciano.
